Many researches have found that it gives very good results to the students who study in school or college. For those who are adults, it helps them to understand many situations properly in everyday life and take the right decisions. In situations where fighting is the only option, karate helps you understand how much force to use, how to do it and how quickly to get out of there.

Goals of Learning
Karate Training Goal

- It is started by the trainees to overcome their fear or for self-defence from unwanted street fights or to shape the body or to participate in world-class sporting events.

Kickboxing has been created in search of new possibilities to fight in today’s changing tough conditions. Kickboxing is not like martial arts or traditional martial arts, which have a discipline, which has different types of rules, which keep your abilities within a range of human values. When using kickboxing, you show no sympathy for the opponent and your only goal is not to win but to protect yourself.
Kickboxing teaches us how to defend ourselves and our loved ones from the opponent’s attack and to grab possible opportunities we get in that panic situation, whether it is a weapon or any kind of combination that we practised earlier. You can use it against the attacker. Kickboxing is rapidly spreading its roots around the world today and is making its mark as a part of martial arts.

HOW IT WORKS
Karate and kickboxing primarily use punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes, and open-hand techniques such as knife-hands, spear hands, and palm-heel strikes.
In the historical self-defence style of karate and the modern-day style of kickboxing and some other self-defence styles, preparing the body for an unexpected attack, avoiding it, practising combined strikes that can be performed by different body parts, critical situations are taught to stay calm and attack the vulnerable parts of the body of the attacker and most importantly to escape safely from that place.
